Eligibility for Returns: • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date. • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items: • Custom apparel orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Return Process: 1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 2. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number and a copy of the receipt. 3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds: • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. •

Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items: • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
